Meet Eventcraft's Founder - Todd Helton

Todd Helton is a seasoned association executive and event strategist with more than two decades of experience leading high-impact conferences, learning programs, and strategic initiatives. Known for his calm leadership style and practical, collaborative approach, Todd specializes in helping mission-driven organizations navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver exceptional event outcomes.

He has served in senior leadership roles at two of the world’s largest membership organizations—AICPA & CIMA, the global association of finance and accounting professionals, and ISC2, the leading membership association for cybersecurity professionals. In both roles, he built and led global event portfolios that supported business growth, member engagement, and brand visibility.

Todd’s work spans strategic planning, organizational restructuring, revenue modeling, sponsorship innovation, and audience engagement—giving him a 360-degree view of what it takes to deliver event programs that perform at the highest level.

Todd holds a BA in Business Administration from Hanover College and an MBA from Georgia State University. He is a proud father of three grown daughters and an advocate for brain aneurysm research and awareness in memory of his daughter Ellie. While not the Hall of Fame baseball player, he’s happy to share the name.

What made Eventcraft Studio?

Eventcraft Studios was founded to partner with organizations that value events as a strategic tool but may not have the internal structure, executive bandwidth, or long-term resources to lead them effectively. Through fractional leadership, audits, intensives, and project-based work, Todd delivers clear, executive-level guidance that helps clients move from idea to impact—at any stage of the planning journey.
